Earth Day
Earth Day
Earth Day is an annual event,
celebrated on April 22. On this day there are
many events worldwide that are held to demonstrate support for
environmental protection.
Our School is celebrating this
event with a VEGETABLE GARDEN…
Our Children have built a local
vegetable garden with carrots, tomatoes and all kinds of vegetables. Now they are studying plant life and they know that plants need
water, sunshine and daylight to grow and
to have life.
A local garden is a great way
to know our food better. This is a great
opportunity to help children to develop an appreciation for nature and
to understand the cycles of life and the law of the harvest.
Educating children about the
importance of taking care of the environment and improving their environmental
awareness, will get positive benefits for our world.

CELEBRACIÓN DÍA DEL ÁRBOL/ TREE DAY CELEBRATION !!
Primary (4th level) and Secondary (2nd level) students celebrated the TREE DAY.!! We all went to a popular natural place called "El Monte" near the town and there we planted some oaks and sage. Then we strolled about to discover and identify plants and trees in the area . We learnt a lot of things and became aware of the need to protect our environment
Green Carnival 2015 in Rome…
Our Carnival was an
opportunity to raise awareness about
caring for the nature and adopting a sustainable green lifestyle.
Try to… waste less
and recycle more: our world will be a wonderful place!
